Trace and Jake...... Scrappy Friends Challenge..

I am a follower of GrandDiva's Creative Corner. Each month she and  her scrappy friends host challenges on their blogs. They have a group challenge where each person gives their own challenge. If you do all three challenges in one page, you are entered in a bonus drawing.

Scrappy Friends Challenges:
Rochelle Spears ~ "Travel Theme
Kristi B ~ "Use wood, stripes and mixed alphas"
Brenda ~ "Sketch" Challenge

This month I was able to do Sketch challenge and the use wood, stripes and mixed alphas. I  had a hard time finding wood for this layout. I finally found a sword and treasure chest made out of wood at Pat Catans. I had to repaint the sword. The treasure was a simple glue on. I really like how this page turned out. So here is my layout...

Let's Capture Our Memories Sketch 31

Today I complete Let's Capture Our Memories Sketch 31 challenge.  As soon as I seen this sketch, I wanted to use a Huey's Mask called Bubble and Dylusions ink by Rangers. I love the way my mask turned out on the side of the page, so I made to do it with my title. If you have never tried Dylusion inks by Ranger  I would strong recommend that you try them. I love playing with them.  So here is my page

And  here is the sketch that inspired my layout
